Here is a beautiful Gibson Custom Shop '59 ES-355 in Antique Natural! This is a 2022 model that has been stamped Demo on the back of the headstock.

This Historic Reissue instrument features a maple body, maple center block, mahogany neck, and ebony fretboard. It is a mono guitar with a stop tailpiece. The top and back of the body have multiply binding as does the headstock. The F holes are painted which is a nice touch.

The guitar is in excellent shape. It has a few faint finish flaws which earned it the demo stamp. There are a couple small spots on the bass side of the body, as well as some inconsistencies in the cutaways. Ultimately though the guitar presents like new and doesn't appear to have been played much at all.

This one weighs 8lbs 4oz. The neck measures .875 to .980 at the 1st and 12th. It has a full, rounded C profile that isn't too big but does remind us of a vintage carve. The guitar is extremely lively with a deep resonance within the body. It has classic semi-hollow ES tone with a bit glassier top end off the ebony board. Simply a fantastic example in every way.
